Today virtual reality and the web are powerful tools for immediate use of art: it is possible to get anywhere in a short time, spread one’s artistic philosophy immediately and on a large scale, show one’s talent and weave networks of relationships crossing all borders and limit.
For this reason Art Maison Gallery has decided to organize a virtual exhibition both in VR and in the metaverse, offering the possibility to artists from all over the world to exhibit.
The exhibition will be held on Artsteps and on Spatial from 19 December 2022 until 10 January 2023. The curatorial theme embraces the profound concept of sensation, hence the title Feel of the exhibition.
How do the artworks feel?
Artworks can be felt to the touch, they can be felt in the soul. With the artworks you can feel the feeling of nostalgia. Artists feel them arise from within their hearts, in their minds, but they must be able to communicate their storms and serene to others.
The exhibition, therefore, wants to investigate the numerous subjective ways with which it is possible to feel, perceive, the works of art.
A collective exhibition, showcasing a large number of artists, is the best way to experience new and different sensations, both positive and negative.
Art curator of Feel is Beatrice Cordaro, art historian and curator.
The exhibition will be open to visitors from the day it opens (December 19), the links will be shared on the social channels of the Art Maison Gallery and on the website www.artmaisongallery.com
